Who is my account manager and how can I contact them?

Log onto your account, go to the top right hand corner and click on “more”. Click on “contact” to find your account manager’s contact details. Your account manager can be reached on the phone number provided, via Whatsapp or via email Monday - Friday 9:30 - 17:00 CET.

How can I contact Customer Service?

Contact Us To reach us, please use the contact form directly from your account by navigating to More > Contact in the upper right-hand corner. Ensure that you fill in all the requested information so that our customer service agents can address your case as efficiently as possible. Methods of Contact If you prefer to call or send us a WhatsApp message, kindly provide your property ID. This will help us locate your information promptly and address your queries or concerns effectively. If your inquiry pertains to a specific booking, please also provide the booking ID. Having these details on hand will enable us to assist you swiftly and accurately. If you have any urgent questions or matters during the weekend, our customer service team is available via Whatsapp from 16:00 - 20:00. Keep in mind that Whatsapp cannot accept calls. Please contact them for emergencies only on the weekend, make sure to include the booking ID, your property’s name or your property’s ID in your message.
