Are youth groups allowed?

It is necessary to be over 18 years old to make a reservation. For some of our partners, it is necessary to be 21, 25 or even 30 years old to reserve one of their accommodations. Moreover, some agencies or owners refuse "youth groups". If you have any doubts about this, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I bring my dog or other pets?

To see only pet-friendly accommodations, please activate the corresponding filter. Select your destination first and then activate the field “pets allowed” in the filter “amenities.” The description of each property provides more detailed information on the respective regulations. Would you like to bring more than one pet? In this case, we recommend asking the landlord directly before booking,

Can I advertise my holiday home or apartment on Holidu?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the possibility to advertise individual properties directly on Holidu. However, we will be happy to support you in finding the best Holidu partner for you, which would allow you to be displayed on Holidu. Therefore, please send us an e-mail with all information regarding the accommodation, current partners, and a link to partner@holidu.com. More information can be found here.

Can I pay upon arrival?

Please refer to the "Terms of Payment" to view the terms and conditions of the settlement. Most properties require a deposit at the time of booking and the balance must be paid prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the payment terms determined by the property managers.

Can I use a different payment method?

You can find properties with different payment methods listed. All accepted payment methods are the ones indicated on the payment information page of the property, when you start the booking process. After booking, you can always check with our partner if it is possible to use another payment method than the ones indicated. However, we cannot assure you that this is possible.
