Is Holidu also available as an app?

Can I bring my dog or other pets?
To only see pet-friendly accommodation, please activate the corresponding filter. First select your destination and select the field Pets allowed in the filter Facilities.
If pets are allowed on a property, only one dog can be brought along. Our partner Bookiply generally allows 2 dogs, unless otherwise stated. Exceptions must be mentioned in the description or on the booking page.
We recommend that you always enquire about this before booking, otherwise there may be cancellation charges if only one pet is allowed.
You can also find special information in the property descriptions of the respective accommodation.
In general, only dogs are allowed, unless otherwise mentioned in the description. Exceptions for e.g. cats, rabbits, birds or fish etc. must always be requested before booking. You can contact our customer service via this online contact form.

What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?
Don't worry! It can take up to 1-2 workdays until the booking is confirmed.
In case you have not received any confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us via online contact form. We will then check if your booking has been submitted and that the correct e-mail address has been used.
Please check if the confirmation email is in your Spam mail folder first, thank you!

Please check the current regulations in the travel destination before booking.
If you wish to cancel or change your booking, we recommend booking your accommodation with the option of a free cancellation. You can easily find these offers on Holidu by clicking on the filter Free cancellation.
As a search engine, we refer bookings to holiday home providers such as Novasol, HRS or e-domizil. If you cannot travel due to Corona restrictions, your booking provider will usually offer a free rebooking. Please send your rebooking and cancellation request directly to the provider. You will find the contact details in your booking documents. Our customer service is also happy to assist you with any further questions or if you need support.

How and when do I know that my booking has been confirmed?
When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will receive a booking confirmation email from this partner within 48 hours.
If you have not received the confirmation from the parter within this period, do not hesitate to contact them directly. You can also contact us at service@holidu.com so that we can check that your booking has been made correctly and that your email address is also correct.
In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking directly there, you will receive just the confirmation email from that company.
Please if you have not received any confirmation email, check your Spam mail folders first, thank you!

How can I cancel my booking?
You will find the agency's and our contact details in your Holidu confirmation email that we sent you on the day you booked.
