What can I do if my guest violates the house rules?

Unfortunately, there may be times when guests staying at your property may not respect the house rules. Examples of this may be guests having a party, or there are more guests staying at the property than the number stated in the booking.

In order to deal with a violation of house rules, the first step would be to try and mediate with your guests calmly to contain the situation and explain why these rules are in place. For example, parties are against the rules of the community where the property is located.

If this does not work, we advise you to consider involving the local authorities for support. If you do this, it is important that you inform us so we can document the situation on our end and deal with the channels if needed.

If you wish to terminate the rental contract, your guests must be formally warned about this in advance in written form. If they continue to break your house rules after they have received a formal written warning, then you are allowed to terminate the contract by providing valid documentation and if you do so, please let us know.

Please note that some of the channels will request a refund of the non-used nights for the guests.
