How can I create a new season?

Creating a new season in your account can be done easily in a few simple steps. 

1. Log onto your account, and select the property you wish to create a new season for - in case you have more than one.
2. On the left-hand side under “Configuration” scroll down and click on “Pricing”.

1. Click on "+Add Prices (nightly rates)”.

1. A pop-up window will appear. In the calendar, you can select the season “Start date” by clicking on the day and scrolling until you want that season to end by clicking on the day to “End date”.

1. When you have selected the dates for your season, click on “Confirm dates”.

1. You can choose to name the new season you have added as well as amend the dates you have selected if needed by clicking on "Edit".
2. Enter your nightly rate in the box provided. Please note that the price you enter here is not the net amount to be received, the minimum earning of the configured price will appear below once the price is entered.

1. Choose whether you want to set a separate nightly rate for the weekends during this season.
2. Select the minimum number of nights stay for this season.

1. Select the check-in and check-out days. We recommend selecting every day to give guests maximum flexibility by allowing them to check in and out on any day of the week.
2. Then click “Create season”.

  Your new season is now open and ready to be booked by guests.
