Payments
Can I pay upon arrival?
Please refer to the "Terms of Payment" to view the terms and conditions of the settlement. Most properties require a deposit at the time of booking and the balance must be paid prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the payment terms determined by the property managers.
Can I use a different payment method?
You can find properties with different payment methods listed. All accepted payment methods are the ones indicated on the payment information page of the property, when you start the booking process. After booking, you can always check with our partner if it is possible to use another payment method than the ones indicated. However, we cannot assure you that this is possible. Which payment methods are there to choose from?
That depends on the provider. Holidu collaborates with several booking sites which offer different payment methods like a credit card, direct debit, Paypal, or cash payment. You can find all possible payment methods by clicking on “Book now” or on the partner site to which you have been redirected. Please consider that for some providers you can only pay with a credit card.
