Information about Convid-19 / Coronavirus
Dear Traveler, There are new developments each day regarding Covid-19, also known as Corona-Virus. Due to this we are experiencing an increased number of inquiries, therefore we would like to give you some brief information about possible cancellations. Would you like to cancel your booking? As a meta-search engine we are handling bookings of vacation rental providers like Novasol, HRS or EHR. Cancellations have to be made directly with the respective vacation rental provider, and the terms and conditions of those providers apply. Therefore please forward your cancellation request directly to the provider noted in your booking confirmation. For general questions, you can send an email to service@holidu.com. Please check the current regulations in the travel destination before booking. If you wish to cancel or change your booking, we recommend booking your accommodation with the option of a free cancellation. You can easily find these offers on Holidu by clicking on the filter Free cancellation. As a search engine, we refer bookings to holiday home providers such as Novasol, HRS or e-domizil. If you cannot travel due to Corona restrictions, your booking provider will usually offer a free rebooking. Please send your rebooking and cancellation request directly to the provider. How and when do I find out if my booking request has been confirmed?
When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will normally receive a booking confirmation email from the provider of the accommodation within 48 hours. In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking there, you will receive the confirmation email from this company.
How and when do I know that my booking has been confirmed?
When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will receive a booking confirmation email from this partner within 48 hours. If you have not received the confirmation from the parter within this period, do not hesitate to contact them directly. You can also contact us at service@holidu.com so that we can check that your booking has been made correctly and that your email address is also correct. In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking directly there, you will receive just the confirmation email from that company. Please if you have not received any confirmation email, check your Spam mail folders first, thank you!
How can I book?
Easy! You can book online either through our website or our app. If you have already found a property you are interested in, enter the desired dates in the calendar and if it is available, you can start the booking process by clicking on book now. Follow the steps until you receive a booking confirmation email from Holidu. Sometimes you will be redirected to a website other than Holidu, don't worry! These are partner offers that require prior contact before booking. From their website you can resolve all your doubts and book directly with them. Remember that you can always find properties with immediate booking just by activating the Book on Holidu filter. If you have any question, please contact us at: service@holidu.com. How can I contact the host?
If you have already booked a property on Holidu, you should have received an email from us with our partner contact details, the company that manages the property and its bookings. They will provide you with all the information you need to prepare for your arrival together with the contact details of your host. If the arrival date is approaching and you have not yet received your booking details, please contact them directly or contact us at service@holidu.com and we will assist you.
How much does booking via Holidu cost?
The service is completely free for users, there are no additional fees.

What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?
Don't worry! It can take up to 1-2 workdays until the booking is confirmed. In case you have not received any confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us via online contact form. We will then check if your booking has been submitted and that the correct e-mail address has been used. Please check if the confirmation email is in your Spam mail folder first, thank you!
