How can I cancel my booking?

You will find the agency's and our contact details in your Holidu confirmation email that we sent you on the day you booked. If you have a change of plans and need to cancel your booking, don't worry! just email your request to us (service@holidu.com) and the agency with your booking details and the reason and we will help you.

Is it possible to have free cancellation conditions?

By clicking on the “House Rules” section you can always find the cancellation policy of each property before you book it. Please note that the dates have to be selected in the calendar. The agencies offering the properties set the cancellation policies. We as Holidu have no influence to change them. If you have any questions about the Terms and Conditions please do not hesitate to contact us via service@holidu.com. If you have already booked, you can find your cancellation policies of your booking in your Holidu confirmation email. By clicking on “See your booking details” you can see more details on the cancellation fees. In case you want to find properties with more flexible cancellation policies, always use the "Free Cancellation" filter in your searches.
