Hove for art loversThe Brighton Toy and Model Museum is a toy museum founded in 1991 with collections of toys and models produced in the UK and Europe during the 20th century. It currently holds over 10,000 toys and models including miniature collections, Corgi, puppets, Dinky, Budgie Toys, radio-controlled aeroplanes and construction toys. The main exhibition area has incredible model railway layouts, a quarter-scale traction engine, a steamroller and a fighter plane. Unseen areas for the public include a woodworking workshop and a reference library.

This is Brighton & Hove's main museum and is housed in a wonderful Victorian villa. It opened in 1927 and now boasts the largest collection of contemporary crafts and fine art in the south of England, and perhaps the finest in the country. It also includes a toy gallery with an impressive collection of dolls, mechanical toys, teddy bears, dolls' houses, toy trains, tricycles and wooden horses. Other exhibits at the museum include local history and a collection of film artefacts from the 1890s and 1900s.

Marvel at the wonders of the incomparable Booth Museum of Natural HistoryIt is a natural history museum based on Victorian taxidermy, more specifically insects, birds, fossils, British skeletons and bones. The site has the largest collection of taxidermies of birds in the country, as well as some mammal skeletons including primates, whales and extinct species such as the Dodo and the woolly rhinoceros. Other exhibits in the gallery include fossils and minerals. Among the insect collection on display are more than 650 types of butterflies.

From the outside it gives the impression of five evil Tajas, the construction was very symmetrical.
