Setting Up Check-in and Check-out Day Restrictions for Your Property

At Holidu, we recognize the importance of balancing flexibility for guests with the need for operational efficiency. One way to achieve this balance is by configuring limitations on the days guests can check-in and check-out, tailored to each season. 

While we understand the necessity of having restrictions in place, we also recommend providing guests with maximum flexibility wherever possible, by allowing them to check-in and check-out any day of the week. This approach not only streamlines the booking process but also enhances the overall guest experience. 

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to set up these restrictions.

First of all, log in to your account and select the property you wish to modify. Whether creating a new season or modifying an existing one, you can proceed in two ways: from the prices section or from the calendar section. The outcome will be the same.

From the Prices Section:

1. Under "Configuration" on the left-hand side, scroll down and click on “Prices”.
2. Click on the season you want to modify, and then click on “Edit”.
3. Select the check-in and check-out days.
4. Click “Save”.

From the Calendar Section:

1. Click on "Calendar" and then select the period you want to modify.
2. You will see an “Edit” option on the right - click on it.
3. Select the check-in and check-out days.
4. Click "Save".

It's that simple! By following these instructions, you can easily customize your property's check-in and check-out days, ensuring a smoother booking process for you and your guests.
