When and how is the onboarding fee charged?
The onboarding fee is deducted from your first booking. It is deducted on the "property level" and is charged even if the booking is cancelled.
If you have more than one property, this fee must be paid for each one. The corresponding amount is deducted before sending you the payout for the booking and a separate invoice is created for this onboarding fee. You can find it in your “invoices” section.
At Holidu we work with a "balance concept". That means that, if a booking which payout was already processed gets cancelled, you will not have to refund the money to Holidu. We will simply deduct that amount from your next booking, and the Onboarding fee will continue to exist until there is another booking from which to deduct.
