Like the rest of England, West Midlands is full of hydrological sites and places that serve as preservers of historical memory. The truth is that the third Earl of Dodley decided to make a zoo on the castle grounds in the 1930s and since then, it has been a magical place where you can see the most exotic animals, including tigers, African elephants, and giraffes, lions, reindeer, wallabies, sea lions and snow leopards.

The Cadbury World is a spectacular manufacture of the famous Cadbury chocolate, in which you could take a guided tour that will immerse you in the history of chocolate and the factory itself. You can also tour the facilities to learn about the operation and making of chocolate and if that were not enough you can buy a delicious Cadbury chocolate bar from the factory itself.

In the wonderful National Sea Life Center Aquarium you can see with your own eyes more than 60 exhibits of sweet and salty aquatic life. The capacity of the tank exceeds one million litres of water and has a huge number of species, including black tip sharks, reef fish and the best of the place, the giant green sea turtles. You can also experience the aquarium labour in relation to the protection, rescue and breeding of seahorses. A fantastic place that you cannot miss.

Bullring & Grand Central is one of the most fantastic Commercial Hundreds in all of Europe and one of the most important shopping destinations in the UK. It is known as the glamorous heart of Birmingham due to the more than 240 stores that cater to every need, from fashion to home goods and even gifts. Also, if you get hungry you can eat at one of the wonderful restaurants that offer the best food with excellent freshness and the best quality.

The Herbert Museum and Art Gallery is an extraordinary place to learn a good part of the artistic history of England and the world. Very culturally rich, it offers an important amount of exhibitions to enjoy, which include a very large collection of costumes that starts from the 19th century, Paintings of Ancient Masters, a collection of more than 250 books that establishes the city as a ribbon making centre.

The Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park is a small beautiful zoological park run by the city council where you can go for walks, outdoor activities and witness a significant number of exotic animals. In the zoo you can observe small mammals such as lemurs, meerkats and monkeys, amphibians such as otters, birds such as cranes and reptiles such as snakes and dragons, it also has a beautiful red panda and an impressive giant panda.

Legoland Discovery Center Birmingham is one of the most fun places in the whole county, especially when you expect to have fun with the little ones in the house. The centre features 10 LEGO-themed building areas, 2 attractions, 4D cinema, and is also home to Miniland. There is also an extraordinary guided tour in which you can see all the installations and decide where to start.

This beautiful church built in the 18th century by Tomas Archer is an extraordinary architectural work in which a marked Baroque style can be appreciated. Inside you can see the rectangular room with corridors separated from the nave and the wooden galleries, typical data of English Baroque design. On the outside there are high windows, the central tower that rises in stages, and the lead dome give this impressive cathedral an unparalleled beauty.
