Hengistbury Head offers you a beautiful view over the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Harbor. You can get from Southbourne, along the beach to the top, through the nature park and its dunes. The Visitor Center shows you the public restrooms and various services, at normal prices. From there we recommend walking to Christchurch through the nature reserve bordering the river. You can enjoy bird watching and vegetation. It's a long walk, but it's really worth doing it!

This is an incredible way to travel, you will feel that you go back in time and for an excellent price. Have lunch or ice cream in the coffee, and then take the ferry across the pub. As you might expect, there are plenty of fish, plus a good selection of drinks. Sometimes they have live music during the summer.
