Ruins belonging to the castle located in Rothesay, which is the main town of Isle of Bute, if you like this kind of places, we recommend you to visit it, walk around the area for a few hours and take a picture or two. This castle has gone through many facets of destruction and reconstruction and, in fact, is considered one of the most important buildings in the UK and Scotland.

A sandy coastal inlet on the western side of the Isle of Bute, this bay is perfect for long walks, photo shoots or just a relaxing afternoon of sightseeing. In years gone by, this bay was used for training and landing practice.

Kyles of Bute is a narrow channel that separates the northern part of Isle of Bute from the Cowal Peninsula. This river is perfect for boating trips, either on your own or with a guide, with trips recommended being 2 or 1 hour.

A good recommendation in case you want to do a long walk, this 161 kilometre route is perfect as it doesn't have many steep sections and the area it is in is safe.

Another long trail for those who love to hike, this trail was opened in 2001 as a tribute and part of Bute's millennium celebrations, this trail is considered one of excellence for the quality of the path, leading to very pleasant walks.

The ancient foundations of Portencross Castle, this is a good place to hang out and take a few photos.
