The 6 holiday flats "Kapitänskajüte" and the 24 holiday & family flats "Seglerhütte", "Ankerplatz", "Piratennest" & "Leuchtturm" are spacious and modern in design.
The motorhome harbour offers 45 pitches and a modern sanitary building. Electricity, water and waste water connections are available at each pitch.
Lake Störmthal is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig. It was created by the flooding of the south-eastern part of the former Espenhain open-cast lignite mine.

The Comfort dune houses are characterised by their direct access to the water. On the wind-protected shoreline, the 23 holiday homes form LAGOVIDA's oases of peace. Only a few steps lie between the furnished sun terrace and the shallow waves of Lake Störmthal.

The Dune Houses Comfort are available in a small version for 2 people (57 square metres) as well as in a large version (Dune House Familia) for 4 people (71 square metres), an extra bed on the respective sofa bed is possible for a 3rd or 5th person (for an extra charge).

The interior features an open-plan living/dining area with fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower, WC and sauna (infrared cabin or dry sauna). The cosy living room fireplace, the warming underfloor heating and the cooling fan on hot summer days round off the features of the Dünenhaus Comfort.

All flat units are at ground level, barrier-free and have their own car parking space. Flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, bed linen & towels and, on request, a baby travel cot make your stay a carefree holiday.

The all-round carefree comfort package also includes a selection of magazines and a free round of mini golf. In addition, you will receive 1 bottle of sparkling wine, 1 bottle of water, 1 small bottle of juice, cappuccino powder, a selection of teas and a sweet / savoury snack free of charge once per stay.
