Our chalet was newly built in 2024 and combines modern technology with a traditional architectural style. Inspired by an alpine hut, our chalet is designed to offer cosiness and comfort, but without sacrificing modern amenities such as underfloor heating, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, etc.. In addition, the wood-burning stove offers a further comfortable heating option.

The traditional regional timber construction method and traditional building materials such as spruce wood, old wood, real wood floors, natural stone, ... were used in the construction.

The chalet is completely self-contained thanks to its own directly adjacent car park with its own access.

Our cosily furnished chalet is located at the foot of the picturesque Loferer Steinberge, in a quiet location, right on the edge of the forest and thus offers the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking tours of all kinds in the lower Saalachtal.
Our chalet is located directly on the well-known Tauern cycle path and the Steinbergradrunde.
The two village centres of Lofer and St. Martin bei Lofer are just a few minutes' walk away.

Gastronomic establishments with regional home cooking and shops are also within easy walking distance.

In winter, the local ski bus stop is right on our doorstep and the start of the cross-country ski trail is also in the immediate vicinity, offering the ideal sporting alternative to alpine skiing on the Loferer Alm.
