The holiday home is located 170 meters from the beach and boulevard and a 3-minute walk from the village center.
The house is characterized by the large amount of extra space.
Because there is a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 rooms upstairs, of which only 1 is used as a bedroom, there is a lot of extra (storage) space and privacy.
There are also not 1, but 2 toilets.
This makes the holiday home very suitable for families but also for couples of friends who each want their own space and privacy.
Underfloor heating is present on the entire ground floor.
When you enter, there is a hall with toilet.
There is an attractive sitting area downstairs.
There is a television with all channels, including German channels.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped.
There is a 4 burner stove (gas).
The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a second toilet.
Directly next to the bathroom is the bedroom (also on the ground floor).
From the kitchen there is a door to the garden.
The enclosed garden has a large garden set, which makes outdoor dining possible.
There are 2 rooms on the top floor of the holiday home.
The first room has storage space and a wardrobe.
If desired, there is room here to add a baby cot.
The 2nd room upstairs is the bedroom.
The check-in and check-out day of the holiday home is on Saturday.
