With everything so easily accessible by foot, it’s likely you won’t need to use the car much during your stay.

In Siġġiewi, not far from Mdina, the ancient capital city of Malta you can find the Inquisitor's summer palace dating back to 1625, whichis today the Maltese Prime Minister's official residence. Meanwhile, the Verdala Palace built by Grand Master de Verdalle in 1586, is the summer residence of the President of the Republic of Malta, with its beautiful Buskett forest lying below it.
