Large, warm and bright, the studio is 24 square meters, located at ground level, can accommodate two adults and one child and will be perfect for a family vacation in Paris.

The living room is composed of a sleeping area with a double bed and a single air mattress, a fully equipped kitchen in the entrance and a shower room.


The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Television, Heating, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Iron.

For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.


The apartment is ideally located in a very lively area, in the heart of Montmartre! Its greatest asset is its location which allows you to discover the charms of the 18th such as:

Sacré-Coeur and Square Louise-Michel at 5 min, the Montmartre Museum at 7 min, Place du Tertre at 6 min, Halle Saint-Pierre at 8 min, the Je t'aime Wall at 12 min, and many more...


All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" at 2 minutes walk.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
