Splendid villa with swimming pool a few steps from the sea, in the seaside resort of San Giorgio, south of Bari.
The villa consists of two levels: the ground floor, reserved and for the exclusive use of guests, and the first floor reserved for the owners. The entrance opens onto the large living area, characterised by large French windows overlooking the swimming pool. One part, used as a lounge, has two sofas, a double sofa bed, a TV and a game console. Separating it from the dining room is a large marquee that makes the room intimate. The dining room has a large table and a few sofas facing outwards, with a splendid view of the garden. A door leads to the modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Free WiFi, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.
The strong point of the property is certainly the large outdoor spaces. The furnished garden where meals can be enjoyed outdoors, in the shade of the pergola, the private saltwater swimming pool, the barbecue area and a play area perfect for children. An area reminiscent of bathing establishment cabins has two bathrooms with showers and a laundry room.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.
Guests can make use of four covered parking spaces within the property, which are shared with the owners.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information regarding your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Fascinating, rich in history, authentic: Bari is the capital of Apulia and the most populous city on the Adriatic Sea. Also known as the 'Gateway to the East', the city has a solid merchant-entrepreneurial tradition and has always been a focal point for trade and contacts with the Middle East. The city's offerings are truly rich: ancient churches, romantic views of the sea, historic palaces, relaxing walks along the waterfront and, finally, local gastronomic treasures such as orecchiette, focaccia or panzerotti.
Discovery of the city certainly begins in the 'Bari Vecchia' area, the oldest core where most of the city's sites of interest are located. Visiting its historic centre is a bit like stepping back in time. As you walk through the alleys of Bari Vecchia, you cross Via Arcobasso, also known as Via Orecchiette, where the local ladies prepare fresh local pasta according to ancient recipes. Among the city's main attractions are the Basilica of San Nicola, built at the end of the 11th century, a pilgrimage destination and symbol of Catholic and Orthodox culture, and the Norman-Swabian Castle, a legacy of Frederick II of Swabia, between the sea and the old town.
In addition, many Apulian destinations are within easy reach from this city, such as the city of Trani (50 km), with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, Castel del Monte (55 km), one of Italy's 54 UNESCO World Heritage sites, Alberobello with its typical trulli (55 km) and Castellana Grotte (45 km). Moving southwards, Polignano a Mare, known as the 'Pearl of the Adriatic', will leave you speechless, with its crystal-clear waters and rocks embroidered with hollows carved out by the sea.
Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car, while the railway station is 10 km away.
