The house is cozy and modernized. Centrally located in the village, everything is within walking distance. The neighborhood is child-friendly. Come and enjoy the charming Egmond and the beautiful North Sea coast and dunes.

Downstairs is the cozy living room with an adjoining kitchen. The bathroom with toilet and shower is also located on the ground floor. The upper floor is an open space, with two double beds separated by a wall and an open passage. There is a terrace at the front of the house with a seating area.

The location couldn't be better. It’s perfectly situated between the beach and the center of Egmond aan Zee. Still, it’s in a quiet area, so parking is usually easy, even in high season. Parking is included with the house and therefore free for you as a guest. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house, making it suitable for those with allergies. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided.
