There is a family bathroom, an open plan kitchen / living room with sofa-beds and a double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster.

Quiet surroundings near the beach (Três Irmãos, Torralta and Alvor) and near Alvor town. There is a restaurant close by as well as a mini-market and bowling alley. All amenities, restaurants, shops, nightlife activities are found in Alvor, an easy walk or a 2 minute drive. Praia da Rocha and Portimão is a 5 minute drive. Walking to main activities is easy incuding Alvor town, beach, restaurants and shops. Uber and taxi is reasonable, local buses have sparse times that they go by but are very inexpensive and there bus stops nearbly. A car is recommended if travelling further or visiting other areas more frequently.
