Bright 58 sqm apartment, perfect for 3 people, located 700 meters from the center of Riomaggiore, where you can appreciate the true flavors and colors of the Mediterranean in the heart of the 5Terre! The apartment boasts a splendid terrace overlooking the Riomaggiore alley and is located just 650 meters from the beach.
Located in an ideal location, a few steps from the restaurants, shops in the centre, the boat dock and the railway!
The internal space
The 58 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).
PLEASE NOTE. There are three internal steps at the entrance to the apartment (pay more attention if you are traveling with children).
The space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and dining table), sofa, single bed and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- SERVICE BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE equipped with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, a portable fan, iron, clothesline and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE. There is no air conditioning.
ATTENTION. To reach the terrace you need to climb 5/6 steps. To access it, you have to leave the front door and climb some steps into the outdoor space.
ATTENTION. The property is closed and fenced by a gate.
PLEASE NOTE. The bedroom is separated from the living room with a curtain.

Description of the area
The "Cinque Terre" area one of the most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas of Liguria. This area is characterized by the presence of five ancient seaside villages of rare beauty overlooking the sea: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. A regional train service connects the 5 villages with an average frequency of 3 trains per hour.
The property is located in Riomaggiore, a village dating back to the 7th century,in the very center of the village. Among the main attractions of the village, it is worth mentioning "La Via dell'Amore", a path that connects Riomaggiore to Manarola, famous for its enchanting and unforgettable views; the church of San Giovanni Battista, in neo-Gothic style, built in 1340; and the Castle of Riomaggiore, built in 1260, which stands on the mountain spur that separates the oldest part from the village built near the station and enjoys a wonderful view.
A mini-bus service allows you to reach the Marina.
To better visit the Cinque Terre, we recommend purchasing the "Cinque Terre Card" (which also allows access to the trains that connect the five villages).

Getting around
- From Pisa-San Giusto airport, you can reach the property in 1 hour and 20 minutes by car (97.4 km). Alternatively, it is possible to take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, from which it is possible to take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale station, where it is possible to take the train to Riomaggiore station, about 14 minutes walk from the property.
- PLEASE NOTE: From La Spezia Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Riomaggiore station, approximately a 14-minute uphill walk from the property.
- For those traveling by car, the property DOES NOT have on-site parking. Alternatively, it is possible to park in the car park located near the town center (it is located before the barriers that prevent access to the town).
