Through an entrance area with wardrobe and mirror you enter the central room, the living-dining area. Here you will find a cosy seating area with two modern armchairs for watching TV, a dining table with three chairs and a storage area and charging facility for your mobile phone, for example, attached directly to the wall. A kitchenette with an extensively equipped pantry kitchen fits in perfectly and has a lot to offer with a 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, espresso maker, refrigerator with freezer, etc.
The dining table is the perfect place to start the day with fresh bread rolls from the nearby bakery.
The view through the windows into the well-tended green area is simply marvellous and entices you outside. In front of the house, to the left of the entrance, there is a furnished terrace area belonging to the flat.
Here you can sit sheltered from the wind and under the high-quality thatched roof of the house.
The garden also offers a lawn for sunbathing. In the evening you can relax in the cosy double bed (180x200cm).
The modern bathroom with window has a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
After various holiday activities, you can relax in the communal rooms in the basement in the house's sauna. The communal sauna can be used by all 8 flats in the house, as well as the washing machines and tumble dryer in the laundry room.
In the large basement there are storage facilities for water sports equipment, surfboards etc.
For your bicycles there is space in a shelter provided for this purpose with the possibility of connecting to a bicycle stand.
If you drive an electric car, you can charge it in one of the two car parks in the complex. There are further free parking spaces directly in front of the property.
