Location: Les Crosets, above Val d'Illiez. Exposed hillside location slightly above the village in the middle of the alpine pasture and hiking area. Marvellous view of the "Dents du Midi" mountain range. Ideal starting point for mountain hikes. Traditional cheese dairy with regional products 50 m. Shops 200 m. Chair lifts (summer operation) 100 m.
House: Very beautiful chalet with well-kept furnishings. 3 1/2-room house, approx. 90 sqm living space over 2 1/2 floors. Electric heating. Hot water via 120 litre electric boiler. Seating in front of the house (parasol, garden furniture). One reserved parking space in the multi-storey car park (200 m).
Parterre: double bedroom. Double bedroom with French. Bed. Bath/WC. Further bathroom.
1st floor: Spacious living room (40 sqm) extended to the gable end with Swedish stove, seating area, dining table, separate kitchen (oven). Separate WC. Stairs from the living room to the open gallery with 4 single mattresses (steep pitched roof).

Additional costs €10/person (charged when booking). Final cleaning €125 (charged at time of booking). Tourist tax to be paid on site. Bed linen provided by the landlord 15 SFr/pers. additional services: Free internet access via W-Lan. 1 car parking space in the garage included in the price. Deposit 300 SFr. Children: Baby cot free of charge (order). Pets not allowed.
