Location: Châtel. Good location near several hiking trails and mountain bike tours. Little river "Dranse" with beautiful footpath on the bank only 50 m. Shops, restaurants 150-500 m. Town centre 1.5 km.
House: Very beautiful, comfortable wooden chalet with outdoor sauna. 7-room house with 120 m² living space over 2 floors. Successful blend of rustic chalet flair and modern, tasteful furnishings. Free internet access via W-Lan. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Electric heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor. 600 litres of hot water via 2 electric boilers. Sauna house with cloakroom, shower. Terrace with seating furniture, play equipment, barbecue. Note: Despite 15 designated beds, the chalet may only be occupied by a maximum of 14 people.
Parterre: Beautiful living room (40 m²) with beamed ceiling, panoramic window, sitting area, satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD, large dining table, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Double room with French. Bed. 2-bed room with bunk bed. Bathroom: shower, bath. Separate WC.
