Cosy 2-room holiday apartment (36m2, apartment no. 4 on the ground floor) in the Chiemseestrand holiday residence. Ideal for 1-2 people who want to relax in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Chiemsee.
Quiet location between the villages of Seebruck and Chieming. Only the Chiemsee (cycle) path separates the complex from the Chiemsee. The marvellous location is a wonderful place to relax and unwind at any time of year, but also an ideal starting point for excursions around Lake Chiemsee and into the beautiful Chiemgau countryside. On the grounds of the holiday residence is the Cafe Rene with lake view, where fine cakes and small meals are offered from midday.
In the basement of the holiday residence there are additional facilities for communal use: small swimming pool, infrared cabin and sauna (for a fee), games room, table football and table tennis, fitness room, washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee), ironing board with iron, communal kitchen with large common room.

Activities in the immediate vicinity:
Walks and hikes along the lake to Seebruck (approx. 800m), to Chieming (approx. 4 km). There you will also find shops for your daily needs, restaurants, Bavarian inns, ice cream parlours, boat hire, bicycle hire, minigolf, Chiemsee boat trips, tourist information, banks and doctors. Chieming also has a pharmacy, a petrol station, a post office and a village shop with regional specialities.








Directly in front of the holiday residence there is a natural bathing beach from which you can spend relaxing days swimming with a wonderful panoramic view of the Chiemgau mountains. A special experience is also the circumnavigation of Lake Chiemsee by bike (56 km), which you can set off on directly from the ChiemseeOase. In the holiday flat you will find travel guides and information material with many suggestions and ideas.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for guests aged 16 and over. Children from the age of 6 up to the age of 16: 0.50 EUR. Children up to 6 years: EUR 0.00.

How to get here
Address: Seestraße 6, 83339 Chieming / district of Arlaching Approach via the A8 motorway, Munich-Salzburg. Take the Grabenstätt exit, from there 8 km in the direction of Chieming. Drive through the village, always following the main road. At the roundabout outside the village, turn off in the direction of Seebruck. After a few kilometres, just before the village of Seebruck, you will see the entrance to the Ferienresidenz Chiemseestrand on the left-hand side of the road.

The cosy 2-room holiday flat ChiemseeOase is particularly suitable for 1-2 people who want to relax in the beautiful surroundings directly on the shores of Lake Chiemsee. The flat is located on the ground floor of House A of the Chiemseestrand holiday residence. 36m2 are divided into an entrance area with cloakroom, a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) and wardrobe, bathroom with shower, living room with fitted kitchen in a kitchenette, dining area, (sofa) bed, armchair, TV. Access to a balcony from which you have a view of the garden and can enjoy a side view of the lake.
In the basement of the holiday residence there is a small pool, a sauna area with infrared cabin (for a fee) and a sauna, a large playroom for children, a room with table tennis and table football, as well as a fitness room, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee) and ironing facilities.
