Description of the accommodation

House sleeps 2 guests. The beds are arranged in bedrooms, of which there are 2, within a total area of 21m2. Guests can enjoy the sea view from their own terrace. For full enjoyment and relaxation there is a private barbecue for guests of this accommodation. In the accommodation unit there is the possibility of bringing pets for an extra charge.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, car park, boat mooring, transport to the property (by the landlord's boat), deckchairs.
UNCONDITIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS: pets (€ 10.00 per night).
The availability of additional services in your reserved date and the prices of the same (if not listed) must be checked in advance. Additional services not listed in the request for payment are paid directly to the landlord, assuming the guest also uses them.
Discount on the basic price: Free day 21=19 (for a stay of 21 days or more you get 2 free days for the stay until 31.12.25).

Houses belonging to Robinson tourism are mainly located in bays that are further away and to which there are no asphalted roads, or they are located on small islands. Some are isolated, with no other houses in the neighbourhood, while others are in groups of a few houses. The water is mainly rainwater, which is stored in tanks. Electricity is mainly solar power (12V), the cooker and fridge run on gas. There is no hot water in the houses. The water is heated by solar systems, i.e. by the sun. These hot water showers are mainly located in the garden or in the courtyard. You are asked to be rational with your water consumption and to bring all the things you need, including food etc., as the grocery shops are often further away. All houses have the necessary furniture and accessories. Some houses are very well equipped, some less so. If all the above information is not a problem for you, then the peace, beautiful nature and clean water will make your holiday unforgettable!
