Villa Douce Brise, built in 1924, is located in the lower part of Mont Boron, Nice's most elegant residential area with many historic Villas. The environment is framed by the sea (with small beaches), the port and a pine forest.

Welcome to our exceptional villa,

La Villa Douce Brise is a detached house with no other residents. You will find all the comforts: space, proximity to tourist attractions, large terrace, swimming pool, large bedrooms, veranda, balcony, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...

The furnishings offer comfort and modernity, combined with the charm and warmth of a 1920s décor: stucco, parquet flooring, marble, original doors and shutters, Persian rugs, exceptional Art Deco furniture and a small collection of French paintings and prints from the period between 1920 and 1935.


Presentation of the villa (170m2)
- Ground floor with entrance hall, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, toilet and large terrace.

- First floor with three bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed (150x200cm) and access to a large balcony, a library/study with sofa bed (140x200cm) and additional access to the balcony and a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with WC, shower room with WC. Veranda.

- Second floor with bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), bathroom and toilet.

- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in basement, cellar.

Sea views from upper floors. Small garden with swimming pool. Garage and parking overlooking the street.

Fiber broadband internet in WiFi available and two TV / DVD facilities. The beds, mattresses, sheets and towels are new (2017) and of high quality. The villa has central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a modern bathroom. If required, a child safety gate can be installed between the terrace and the garden/pool.


Traveller access


The accommodation is located in the lower part of Mont Boron, very close to the Port of Nice, making it easily accessible.

The villa is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided and you will have access to the full accommodation.

The Villa Douce Brise is located very close to the sea and the town centre.

Walking distances:

Bus stop - 2min.

Port, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bank - 5min.

Beach - 10min.

Parks and playgrounds - 15min.

Old town and city centre (or in the other direction a large pine forest) - 20min.


Getting around


Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take line no. 2 towards Port Lympia and stop at the terminus. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes and the stop is 750m from the flat.

You can also ask us to organise a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the flat.

The Nice-Riquier SNCF train station is a 20-minute walk away, allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton and Italy easily.

You can also access the flat by car and park in front of the villa.

Our cleaning and laundry charges are very light.

As a result, the accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travellers must respect the premises, the neighbours and the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of failure to comply with these basic instructions.


Smoking is not permitted inside.
