This beautiful brick-built holiday home is located in the holiday village of San Giorgio.
The holiday park borders directly on Lake Garda and offers a restaurant with lake view, a bar, a beautiful adult pool and children's pool.
From the pool and restaurant you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
The holiday village also has a mini-market, playground, WiFi reception, volleyball court, small football pitch, table tennis and bowling green.
There is also a mini golf course just 300 metres away and tennis courts available for a fee.
The holiday complex is particularly suitable for families who prefer to do without entertainment, so relaxation and recreation are guaranteed! Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available.
Sun loungers are available to guests free of charge on the beach and by the pool (subject to availability).
The complex offers a magnificent view of a 3 km long pebble beach that stretches from the harbour in Dusano to San Sivino.
Dogs are not allowed anywhere in the holiday village.
The holiday home in a slightly elevated position consists of a bedroom with a double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds, and another room with two single beds.
The living area has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pans and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a washbasin, shower cubicle and WC.
The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground.
Barbecues are permitted.
