Located just 800m from Praia da Coelha, this villa consists of 5 bedrooms, one of which is a single room with a 1.20m bed, a living room and kitchen, a TV room with Smart TV, three bathrooms with shower cubicles, air conditioning and outside a BBQ, garden and private pool.


On the ground floor you'll find the lounge and kitchen, utility room, two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a reading and TV room.


The lounge has two areas, the living area and the dining area, the dining area has an 8-seater table supported by the kitchen which is equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and in the utility room you will find the washing machine.


In the living area there are two sofas and access to the patio where you'll find the barbecue, the garden at the back and the swimming pool at the front of the house.


The MEO service is available (120 channels), with free Wi-Fi.


The capacity of this accommodation is 8 people. For babies we have a travel cot and high chair available on request. Please note that the travelling bed does not include sheets.


The house is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

We do not accept bookings from people under the age of 18. A security deposit of €300 may be requested, which will be returned after checking that the flat is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.
