Canyelles Petites, in the resort 3.5 km from the centre of Roses, in an elevated position on a slope, residential area (villas), 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, south-west facing position. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (14 x 5 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Very steep motor access. Stepped path (36 steps) to the house. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach "Canyelles Petites". Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 3.5 km, sailing school 3.5 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Acuático Aquabrava Roses 6 km, Skydive y túnel del viento Empuriabrava 11 km, Cadaqués 18 km, Castillo y casino de Perelada 25 km, Monasterio de Sant Pere de Rodes 24 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 24 km.
