Short Characteristics
We offer a nice one-room-apartment for 2 – 3 people on the first floor with separate kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the western part of Dresden (Dölzschen) about 10 minutes away (by car) from the city centre. Parking is no problem. living-/bedroom: ca 16 sq m equipment: 1 double bed (140cm), 1 sofa bed, TV, radio, WLAN, free internet access kitchen: ca 12 sq m equipment: sitting area, kitchen unit with electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle bathroom: ca 4 sq m equipment: shower, toilet, washbasin From the living-/bedroom you have access to a nice southwest balcony (10 sq m) with balcony furniture, electric awning and sunshade. traffic connection / public transport: It takes you about 8 minutes to get to the next bus stop or train station. Both means of transport need about 10 minutes to the city centre. others: You can find the next supermarket within a 7 minutes walking distance. There are about 300 m to the open-air swimming pool (for nudists). Rates: flat occupied by 1 person: 50,-EUR; by 2 persons: 55,-EUR; by 3 persons: 60,-EUR. For short stays an one-off payment of 15,-EUR for one night and 7,50EUR for two nights is due. The landlord is a small business owner according to Par. 4 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.

Cancellation / payment conditions
The city of Dresden charges health resort tax from 1 February 2014 onwards. Adults have to pay 1,30EUR per day, children are for free.

Anreisebeschreibung
Arrival by car: Leave the motorway A 17 at the exit Dresden-Gorbitz, take B 173 in the direction of Dresden. Take the first exit, turn right at the traffic lights (Kohlsdorfer Weg), transition to street Hohe Straße, roundabout, first exit (Erich-Hanisch-Straße), next street left (Wurgwitzer Straße), next street right (Schulstraße), next left again (Dorfplatz), right again (Freitaler Straße), turn left into street Dölzschener Straße and pass the village exit of Pesterwitz. Stay on this road, enter the city Dresden, transition to street Wurgwitzer Straße. At the end of this street turn right into the street Hohendölzschener Straße. Arrival by public transport: Dresden main station, go by tram no. 10 in the direction of Friedrichstadt or tram no. 7 in the direction of Pennrich, leave at the next stop (Budapester Straße), climb the right stairs, then take the bus no. 62 in the direction of Dölzschen, leave at the stop Dölzschener Straße. Go back to the crossroad, cross the street Wiesbadener Straße, follow the street Dölzschener Straße (slightly uphill), transition to street Hohendölzschener Straße.
