The holiday home, newly built in 2023, has two separate, ground-floor flats with a respective size of approx. 80sqm for 2-5 people. Each of the two units impresses with its high level of comfort and stylish, high-quality furnishings in warm colours.
You can look forward to two spacious bedrooms as well as two modern shower rooms and underfloor heating throughout the house.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area leaves nothing to be desired.
Another highlight for young and old is the alcove in the living room, which invites you to cuddle up in comfort and is now standard in Haltermann's holiday homes.
The large panoramic windows offer a view of the private sun terrace with garden furniture, beach chair and barbecue station.
Both the flat „Sand“ and „Sea“ have a spacious sauna as well as a private jacuzzi, which is ideal for relaxing in the cooler months of the year.
The flat „Sea“ also has a fireplace, which creates an even more cosy atmosphere.
