Die mittig im ersten Obergeschoss gelegene Ferienwohnung Nr. 5 ist über eine Außentreppe auf der Hausrückseite erreichbar. Entlang der Hausvorderseite erstreckt sich die nach beiden Seiten sichtgeschützte Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

Die Wohnung mit ihren zwei Schlafzimmern ist die ideale Familienunterkunft. Insbesondere die gute fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von Marina di Pisciotta inkl. des Hafens und des Strandes erspart in den Sommermonaten viel Zeit und Stress.

Wer die Wohnung mit mehr als 4 Personen belegen möchte, dem steht im Wohnbereich ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen (Kinder/Jugendliche) zur Verfügung.

INSGESAMT 6 FERIENWOHNUNGEN
Die insgesamt sechs Ferienwohnungen von Piano di Mare verteilen sich auf zwei Stockwerke, jeweils drei im Erdgeschoss und drei im ersten Stock. Die an den Flügelseiten gelegenen Wohnungen sind baugleich und für 2 bis 4 Personen gut geeignet. Die zentral gelegenen Wohnungen bieten Platz für max. 6 Personen und sind ebenfalls nahezu baugleich.

DIE VORZÜGE VON MARINA DI PISCIOTTA
Marina di Pisciotta ist ein kleines Fischerdorf, in dem sich das Leben entlang der Meerespromenade abspielt. Außerhalb der Monate Juli und August ist das Leben in der Marina überaus beschaulich, was Reisende und Gäste besonders an diesem Ort zu schätzen wissen. Dennoch gibt es einen ganzjährig geöffneten Lebensmittelladen und ein bis zwei Bars, die ganzjährig geöffnet sind.

Von Ihrer Wohnung aus können Sie jedoch auch einen schönen Spaziergang zum oberhalb gelegenen, mittelalterlichen Bergdorf Pisciotta unternehmen. Der Fußweg nach Pisciotta verläuft direkt an Piano di Mare entlang und geht später in einen Treppenweg über. Die Treppen führen bis zum Restaurant Il Borgo, das dem Bruder Ihres Vermieters gehört und für seine ausgezeichnete lokale Küche bekannt ist.

The middle apartment (no. 5) on the first floor is accessible via an outdoor staircase at the back of the house. Its terrace with sea view at the front is screened off to both sides from the neighboring terraces.

Apartment no. 5 is a wonderful accommodation for a family. It includes two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), a kitchen-living-dining room with a sofa bed for two (children/teenagers), and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet). The apartment features Smart-TV in the double bedroom and the living area, air conditioning (extra charge for use), WiFi and washing machine.

Very convenient: Marina di Pisciotta, its harbor and beach are within easy walking distance, which saves you time and spares you stress during the summer months.

ALTOGETHER 6 HOLIDAY APARTMENTS
Two-storey Piano di Mare offers altogether six holiday apartments: three on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The apartments to the right and to the left on each floor are identical in layout and accommodate 2 to 4 persons each. The ones in between accommodate up to 6 persons each and they too are almost identical in layout.

RENTING FOR A GROUP
If you wish to spend your holidays in the Cilento together with grandparents, siblings or best friends, you can of course rent two or more of Piano di Mare’s apartments at the same time – with enough privacy and spots to retreat to for everyone.

PARKING is available on the fenced property.

THE APPEAL OF MARINA DI PISCIOTTA
Marina di Pisciotta is a small fishing village, where life takes place along the seaside promenade. Outside the months of July and August, it is quite tranquil and peaceful at Marina, which travelers to and guests at this place appreciate. A grocery store and one or two bars are open year round.

From Piano di Mare, you can take a wonderful walk up to the medieval mountain village of Pisciotta. The footpath to Pisciotta runs right past the accommodation and later turns into a stepped path. The latter takes you straight to restaurant Il Borgo, which belongs to the brother of Piano di Mare's owner and is known for its excellent local cuisine.
