The Marbella Apartment, is a comfortable flat located 20 metres from the wonderful Praia dos Pescadores.


Centrally located and within walking distance of all amenities, this flat is perfect for couples, families or groups of friends wishing to relax and enjoy the best the city has to offer.


Located on the second floor with access by lift or stairs, this flat has free internet, a living room where you'll find a comfortable double sofa bed, two single beds and a bunk bed built into the entrance (extra charge), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a cupboard built into the entrance.


It has a kitchenette with a dining table and chairs and a wonderful balcony with sea views, where you can make use of the outdoor barbecue and enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors.


The Marbella flat is located in the centre of Albufeira, right on the seafront line at Praia dos Pescadores, where you have everything you need, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies, for a relaxing and memorable holiday.


Albufeira's old town centre is just a few streets away and the famous Rua da Oura is a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find the best bars and nightlife the city has to offer.


You don't need to hire a car, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if required.


If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).


A booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.


Prices up to 4 people.

The 5th and 6th people will be charged an additional amount which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
