On the dream coastal road of Maratea lies the Ianni-Iurillo family's guest house Villetta Annamaria on a 5,000 square metre plot. The house has two sea-view terraces, a balcony and a spacious garden area with a hot tub for relaxing in.

CAREFUL HOLIDAY HOUSE
The rooms of the holiday home are well-kept and create a pleasant living atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with terrace and garden access and the separate kitchen "in muratura", from which you have a beautiful view of the greenery.

A few steps take you to the upper level of the holiday home, where you will find a bright, well-kept bathroom and two bedrooms with large glass doors and access to the shared balcony and garden.

Villetta Annamaria is equipped with central heating and is therefore also suitable for a stay in the winter months. You can park your car in the fenced area.

OUTDOOR AREA OF VILLETTA ANNAMARIA
Those who love to eat outside will love the covered terrace on the ground floor. With its access to the living/dining room, it can rightly be described as an extension of the living space. Enjoy a hearty breakfast with a view of the deep blue sea - what better way to start a day on holiday?

The spacious roof terrace (approx. 20 m²), which can be reached via an external staircase, offers a fantastic panorama and is a paradise for sun worshippers. You can immerse yourself in your book on the 12 square metre balcony. From here you also have access to the terraced garden area.

Adults and children alike will appreciate the spacious, beautifully landscaped, terraced garden - including a wonderful view of the sea. After a day at the beach, you can savour southern Italian delicacies prepared on the brick barbecue.

Another highlight is definitely the jacuzzi on the property! Here in the whirlpool with a view of the greenery and the sea you can end another day of your holiday. The jacuzzi can be used on request and for a fee.

FURTHER INFORMATION
Access to the main beach of Cersuta, 400 metres away, is unfortunately closed from the land side. However, there is a small bay in the immediate vicinity of the beach that is easily accessible.

The nearest supermarket is the Velardi supermarket in Fiumicello.

Let yourself be enchanted by this still largely unspoilt corner of the world with its breathtaking cliffs, hidden coves, crystal-clear water and dreamy little villages! You will be immersed in an extremely scenic landscape - only from time to time will the railway remind you of the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

WELL-TENDED HOLIDAY HOME
The holiday home covers two floors, the rooms are well-tended and radiate a comfortable atmosphere.
The living/dining room with access of the terrace and the garden and the separate kitchen "in muratura", from which you have got a nice view of the green outdoor area, are found on the ground floor.
The two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), both with French doors onto the balcony and access of the garden, and the bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) are located on the upper floor.

A children's bed can be provided upon request. Central heating (extra charge for use) makes Villetta Annamaria suitable for a stay even in winter.
A washing machine in a separate room can be used upon request and at extra charge. Parking is available on the fenced property.

OUTDOOR AREA OF VILLETTA ANNAMARIA
The roofed ground-floor terrace, which is accessible from the living-dining room, is the perfect place for meals out in the open. Enjoying your breakfast on the terrace with a view of the deep blue sea, for example, is a great way to start into the day.

An exterior staircase runs up to the large roof terrace (approx. 20 m²), which offers a fantastic panorama and is a paradise for sun worshippers. The 12 m² balcony, from which you can also reach the terraced garden, might be the right place to read a book.

Adults as well as children are sure to appreciate the spacious, beautifully laid-out, terraced garden - a wonderful view of the sea included. On the masonry grill in the garden you can prepare southern Italian delicacies.

Definitely another highlight on the property: the jacuzzi pool, placed in a nice spot in the garden, surrounded by greenery, and with a view of the sea. Relaxing in the jacuzzi might be a perfect way to let another holiday day fade away. The whirlpool can be used on request and for an extra charge.

FURTHER INFORMATION
Unfortunately, landside access of Cersuta's main beach (400 m) is not possible. However, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, there's a small, easily accessible bathing bay.

A restaurant is approx. 400 m off. Supermarket Velardi at Fiumicello (approx. 3 km) is the nearest shopping facility. Villetta Annamaria is about 2.5 km from Acquafredda train station and about 8 km from the picturesque centre of Maratea.

Give in to the charm of this still mainly untouched patch of land with its breathtaking steep coast, hidden bays, crystal-clear sea waters and dreamy villages! You are surrounded by a very scenic landscape - only from time to time the railroad reminds you of the hustle and bustle of daily life.
