Enjoy holidays with a picturesque view! The three gorgeous sandy beach bays Porticello, Cala d’Arconte und Capo Grosso lie at the feet of charming holiday home Villetta Rosalba. They 'separate' the accommodation from the popular fishing village of Marina di Camerota.

Die Atmosphäre rund um das Haus in leichter Hanglage wirkt sogleich entspannend. Leicht vergisst man die Zeit, während man auf den Sonnenliegen Muße tut oder im Schatten der Terrasse in die Urlaubslektüre versinkt. Bricht der Abend erst an, offenbart sich schließlich der ganze Zauber dieses Ortes. Dann hüllt die untergehende Sonne die Landspitzen und die Inselchen vor Marina di Camerota in ein warmes, rotes Licht.

FERIENHAUS MIT GESCHMACKVOLLEM HOLZMOBILIAR
Villetta Rosalba ist eingeteilt in zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad sowie ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile. Das Interieur wird bestimmt von geschmackvollem Holzmobiliar. Dieses ist perfekt abgestimmt auf die Holzbalkendecke, die der Villetta nicht nur das passende ländliche Ambiente schenkt, sondern auch viel Behaglichkeit ausstrahlt.

Beim Betreten des Hauses sticht sofort die von sonnig-gelben Fliesen eingerahmte Küchenzeile ins Auge. Vom nebenstehenden Esstisch blicken Sie hinaus auf Olivenbäume und das weite Meer. Für die gemütlichen Stunden des Tages steht im Wohn-/Esszimmer u.a. ein Sofa bereit.

Gemütlich präsentiert sich auch das Doppelschlafzimmer, von dem schon morgens, sobald sich die Fensterläden öffnen, der Blick auf die Küste und das nahe Meer fällt. Nebenan befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Eigens angefertigte Wandschränke bieten in beiden Räumen viel Platz, um die Urlaubsgarderobe zu verstauen.

Im angrenzenden Tageslicht-Bad finden Sie u.a. eine Waschmaschine vor. Das Haus ist im Flur mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

AUSSENBEREICH MIT MEERBLICK-TERRASSE
Die Villetta Rosalba umgibt ein weitläufiges Grundstück, in dem ein eigener Außenbereich für das Ferienhaus abgegrenzt ist. Der Weg in das Haus führt über die überdachte Terrasse mit Massivholzmöbeln. Der Ausblick von hier hat einfach alles zu bieten: von dem sanft wogenden Meer, über feine Sandbuchten bis hin zu olivenbaumbewachsenen Hängen.

Ein paar Stufen führen von der Terrasse hinab zu einer kleinen Sonnenplattform mit gemütlichen Liegen und einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem umzäunten Gelände befindet sich auch ein kleiner Gemüsegarten. Das Gelände bietet Parkmöglichkeiten für bis zu zwei PKW.

WEITERE INFORMATIONEN & UNSER TIPP
Das Zentrum von Marina di Camerota mit ganzjährig geöffneten Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften befindet sich ca. 2 km von der Villetta Rosalba entfernt. Den nächstgelegenen Supermarkt erreichen Sie nach ca. 1 km am Ortseingang von Marina di Camerota. Beachten Sie bitte, dass es im Hauptreisemonat August bis in die späten Abendstunden hinein in und um den Ort oftmals recht lebhaft zugeht.

Außer Sichtweite, aber nur 800 m vom Haus entfernt, liegt die Sandstrandbucht Porticello. Diese ist über einen befestigten Weg nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Badebuchten und die langen, feinen Sandstrände zwischen Palinuro und Marina di Camerota erreichen Sie nach wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.

UNSER TIPP: Jahr für Jahr werden die Strände entlang der camerotanischen Küste geadelt und von Legambiente (ital. Umweltschutzorganisation) unter die Schönsten in ganz Italien gewählt. Einen besonderen Bekanntheitsgrad hat dadurch bereits die Baia Infreschi, ein natürlicher Schutzhafen südlich des Ortes, gewonnen. Ein vom Meer gesäumter Wanderpfad führt vom Ortsrand direkt ins Badeparadies. Etwas unbeschwerter und schneller gelangt man per Boot vom Hafen zur Infreschi-Bucht. Ein wunderbares Erlebnis und eine einmalige Gelegenheit, jene Schätze der Küste zu sehen, die dem Auge sonst verborgen bleiben.

You immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere around the house on slightly sloping premises. While unwinding on the sun loungers or losing yourself in your holiday read in the shade on the terrace, you easily lose track of time. It is when dusk falls that the charm of this place really unfolds. The setting sun then bathes the headlands and small islands off Marina di Camerota in warm red light.

HOLIDAY HOME WITH TASTEFUL WOODEN FURNITURE
The inside of Villetta Rosalba is characterized by tasteful wooden furniture. It harmonizes perfectly with the wood beamed ceiling, which provides for a quite fitting rural ambience as well as a cozy atmosphere. The holiday home includes two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), a windowed bathroom (shower/WC/bidet, washing machine) as well as a living-dining room with kitchen unit (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer).

What catches your eye as soon as you enter the holiday home are the sunny yellow tiles of the kitchen unit. Sitting at the dining table, you can let your gaze wander out towards the olive trees and the vast sea. During the take-it-easy time of the day, make yourself comfortable on the sofa in the living-dining room, where you have also got SAT-TV at your disposal.

From the cozy double bedroom of Villetta Rosalba, you can take in the view of the coast and the nearby sea as soon as you open the shutters in the morning. Both bedrooms have got fitted wardrobes, where you can easily store all your holiday clothes.
Villetta Rosalba features air conditioning (extra charge for use) in the hallway and WiFi; a children's bed can be provided.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH SEA VIEW TERRACE – On the spacious premises Villetta Rosalba is located on, the holiday home's outdoor area is clearly defined. You enter the house via the roofed terrace with solid wooden outdoor furniture and a view of gently rocking waves, fine sandy bays and olive treed slopes. A few steps down from the terrace, there is a small 'sun platform' with cozy loungers and a marvelous view of the sea.
On the fenced premises, you also find an outdoor shower and a grill at your disposal as well as a small vegetable garden. Parking is available for up to two cars.

FURTHER INFORMATION & OUR TIP
The center of Marina di Camerota with restaurants, bars and stores open year-round is about 2 km from Villetta Rosalba. The nearest supermarket is found about 1 km off, at the entrance to Marina. Please mind: In the main travel month of August, the town is a very lively place and a lot may be going on in and around the town until late in the evening.

Not within your view, but a mere 800 m from the house, lies the sandy beach bay of Porticello, which you can reach only on foot via a surfaced path. It takes you only a few minutes by car to reach other bathing bays and the long, fine sandy beaches between Palinuro and Marina di Camerota.

OUR TIP: Every year, the beaches along the Camerota coastline are 'honored' and counted among the most beautiful in Italy by Legambiente (Italian environmental organization). Baia Infreschi, a natural harbor south of town, has been among them and has therefore become rather well-known. A hiking trail 'bordered' by the sea runs from the outskirts of town straight into this bathing paradise. A trip by boat from the harbor to Infreschi bay is a bit 'easier' and faster. It is a wonderful experience and a unique opportunity to see those treasures of the coast which, otherwise, remain hidden from the eye.
