Welcome to holiday apartment Stella in fantastic location "tra mare e montagna", with great sea view and only 100 m from the natural beach at idyllic Marina Campagna/Pisciotta.

Im idyllischen Marina Campagna, einem Ortsteil von Pisciotta liegt die kleine, von Olivenhainen umgebene Ferienresidenz Eco del Mare (Meeresecho), so genannt von den Eigentümern, die sich in das Meer und die pisciottanische Landschaft verliebt haben. In der Residenz befindet sich neben der Ferienwohnung Stella u.a. auch die Ferienwohnung Pesciolino.

Vor den Terrassen der Ferienwohnungen eröffnet sich ein spektakulärer Blick auf das Meer: direkt vor Ihren Augen liegt die meist ruhige See, Sie hören das Rufen der Möwen und sehen abends die glutrote Sonne am Horizont im Meer versinken. Ein Naturstrand aus dunklem Sand und Kieselsteinchen liegt sprichwörtlich zu Ihren Füßen, nur rund 100 m unterhalb von Eco del Mare, und kann über einen geteerten Weg zu Fuß erreicht werden.

WILLKOMMEN IN DER FERIENWOHNUNG STELLA
Die Ferienwohnung Stella ist unterteilt in Wohn-/Essküche, Doppelschlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Über die Wohnküche betreten Sie das hübsche Appartement. Von hier haben Sie Zugang zu einem Bad. Von der Küche genießen Sie den Blick auf das Meer, ebenso vom Doppelschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Platz für ein Zustellbett (evtl.3. Person). Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion.
Die Meerblickterrasse mit dem majestätischen Olivenbaum, der an heißen Tag natürlichen Schatten spendet, verfügt über Gartenmobiliar und Liegestühle.
Ihr Auto parken Sie vor der Residenz an der kaum befahrenen Anliegerstraße (Sackgasse).

INFORMATIONEN & TIPPS
Die nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars, Pizzerien und Restaurants befinden sich im 3 km entfernten Pisciotta.
Bei einem Spaziergang durch das mittelalterliche Bergdorf fühlen Sie sich in vergangene Zeiten versetzt. Schlendern Sie durch die engen Gassen und pausieren Sie anschließend bei einem leckeren Cappuccino am Dorfplatz, wo sich die Dorfbewohner treffen, um über das Geschehen in der Welt zu plaudern während die Kinder sich dem Fußballspiel widmen.
Abends können Sie den Tag im Restaurant "Tre Gufi" mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hafen von Marina di Pisciotta Revue passieren lassen.

Eco del Mare (Echo of the Sea) – the name chosen by the owners, who fell in love with the sea and the Pisciotta landscape, seemed to them very fitting for their small holiday residence, which lies surrounded by olive groves at idyllic Marina Campagna, a district of Pisciotta. Apart from holiday apartment Stella, we have also included apartment Pesciolino in our offer.

The terraces of the apartments open upon a spectacular view of the sea: Let your eyes roam over the mostly calm waters of the sea, listen to the calls of the sea gulls, in the evenings watch the fiery red sun as it disappears into the sea on the horizon. A natural beach of dark sand and small pebbles lies below Eco del Mare and, so to speak, at your feet, it is only 100 m down a paved path.

WELCOME TO HOLIDAY APARTMENT STELLA
Lovely apartment Stella includes a live-and-eat-in kitchen, which you enter the apartment into, a double bedroom, which can be furnished with an extra bed (for a 3rd person), and two bathrooms (bathtub/WC/bidet each), one of which is the en-suite of the bedroom. Both the live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer) and the bedroom offer a view of the sea.
Furnishing of the apartment also includes air conditioning with heating device (charged on site in case of use), TV and WiFi. A children’s bed is provided upon request.
On the sea view terrace, where the majestic olive tree offers shade on hot days, you find garden furniture as well as deck chairs at your disposal.

There is a washing machine for shared use at the residence. Parking is available in front of the residence along the residents-only road (cul-de-sac).

FURTHER INFORMATION & TIPS
The nearest grocery stores, bars, pizzerias and restaurants are found 3 km off, at Pisciotta.
While walking through the medieval mountain village, you feel taken back to times gone by. Stroll through the narrow alleys, stop for a delicious cappuccino in the village square, where the village people meet to discuss world affairs while the children enjoy playing football.
In the evening, you can recall the day’s events at restaurant "Tre Gufi" and enjoy the fantastic view of Marina di Pisciotta’s harbor from there.
