Location description:
Rosa's holiday home benefits from the quiet and open location near the village centre. The cable car, bus stop, cycle path, cross-country ski trail, supermarket, doctor, bank, tourist office, children's playground and restaurant are all just a few minutes' walk away. Enjoy an unforgettable time in the Tannheimer Tal holiday region and experience action-packed days in the mountains of the Tannheimer Berge. Feel good with family and friends is our motto.

Features:
In this holiday flat you will find two spacious bedrooms with a shower/WC, a living room with TV, a couch, dining area and a spacious fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher.

Shower and hand towels, bed linen, tea towels, safe are available, WLAN free of charge. Car park at the house.

A boot dryer is available for your wet ski boots. Popular activities in the area include skiing, hiking and cycling. You can store your sports equipment such as skis, cross-country skis, toboggans, e-bikes, pushchairs etc. in the lockable garage. Charging facilities for your e-bikes are also available.

(If you need two bedrooms for two people, three people will be charged.)

Outdoor area:
Start the day with a cosy breakfast in our garden with the first rays of sunshine or, after a strenuous mountain tour, review the beautiful moments and impressions of the day over a glass of wine. You have a wonderful panoramic view of the beautiful mountains of the Tannheimer Tal.

Our garden is open to the public and offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation.

Special features:
For our younger guests: free children's equipment (high chair, cot, sledge with backrest...).

You can use the hiking bus to access the lifts throughout the Tannheimer Tal free of charge. Summer mountain lifts, admission to the Haldensee water world and winter mountain lifts included.
