Small, cute holiday flat with a beautiful garden, not far from Lake Kulkwitz.
Our rustically furnished holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the house and offers space for 2 - 5 people.
In our living/dining area you will find a place to relax after a long day. Make yourself comfortable on the couch, put your feet up and watch the TV programme on the flat-screen TV.
In the open and fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare tasty meals and dine together at the dining table.
You will find a peaceful and restful sleep in the spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The wardrobe provides plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and large mirror.
The entrance to the holiday flat is directly from the garden, which may of course also be used. Let an eventful day come to an end with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet.
Our beautiful holiday flat is situated in a quiet but central location.
It is only a five-minute walk to the neighbouring Kulkwitzer See recreation area with its many green spaces. There you can enjoy swimming, diving, water skiing or just lie down and relax.
We are a very good starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The cycle paths are well developed.
It takes about half an hour to reach the historic city centre of Leipzig with its sights as well as a wide range of cultural and gastronomic activities. The tram stop is only a 10-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities such as Netto and Aldi are in the immediate vicinity.
Extra bed and children's travel cot available on request.
The city of Leipzig levies a tax from 1.1.
