Each villa has its own entrance and is equipped with a lounge area with two single sofa beds, a separate bedroom with two adult beds, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a double sofa bed for two children, a separate bedroom for two adults, and a WC/shower. Air conditioning is available in the first-floor bedrooms.

The villas are decorated in a simple rural North Greek style with natural materials, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The lush garden of 2500 sqm offers privacy to the residents from the beach and road, with large trees and bushes. It is also only 7 km away from Nikiti on the road to Porto Carras and 12 km away from Neos Marmaras. Bus connections are available within a 5-minute walk.
