Villa Gloria Guest House is located halfway between Finale Ligure, Pietra Ligure, and Borgio Verezzi and offers a stunning sea view.
The entire structure, about 300 sqm, is spread over 2 levels, with a living room, 4 bedrooms, an additional wardrobe room with a changing table and a small play area for children, 3 bathrooms, a kitchenette, a tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge, games, gym, and a canopy.
It can accommodate 8-9 people + 1 child (0-3 years). Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, air conditioning in all rooms (including wind-free system in the bedrooms), central heating, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, books and games for children, gym, table tennis, foosball, small billiards table, crib, padded high chair, and foldable table seat are available.
The highlight is the fully fenced outdoor area with a large garden, terraces with a total sea view, gazebo, barbecue, wood-fired oven, swings, and slide.
A few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Finale Ligure, Finalborgo, Varigotti, Borgio Verezzi, Pietra Ligure, Loano, Alassio, Noli, Spotorno, and Bergeggi, as well as mountain bike trails, marked paths for downhill, trekking, free climbing, water sports, paragliding, and hang gliding.
Public transport, 500 meters away, can be used free of charge by guests (free Tourist-Card).
There are 5-6 parking spaces available.
Families with children are welcome, and a small pet is allowed.
For the comfort of guests, the villa was completely renovated between 2022 externally and 2023 internally: entrance, wide and easy-access doors, charging station for electric vehicles (at consumption) and e-bikes, energy-saving devices (solar thermal, photovoltaic, and heat pump), insulation with sustainable materials, thermal coat, thermal break windows, triple glazing and mosquito nets with solar protection, and racks for 10 bicycles.
