Beautiful semi-detached house 30 m from the beach and all shops in the pretty village of Cala de Mijas.
Ideally located, you will find absolutely everything within a few minutes walk: restaurants, shops, supermarket etc
The house has been completely renovated and offers a tasteful boho chic decoration.
The two terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The living room and its bright open-plan kitchen overlook the terrace.
There are 3 pretty, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV and balcony, as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate WC.
The residence is charming, very flowery, and gives you access to two community swimming pools and access to the beach via the urbanisation
Please note that for your comfort we provide a 1st NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom as well as some capsules for the coffee and dishwasher, which will NOT be RENEWED during your stay!
