This new tastefully and modernly furnished non-smoking holiday flat for 4 people directly on the water with a wooden terrace and its own jetty promises an unforgettable holiday experience (also for anglers and nature lovers). The chilled wooden deck is for your exclusive use.
The comfortable kitchen offers a wonderful panoramic view over the water. It has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, rice cooker and much more.
The adjoining living area with leather couch and cosy ottoman is equipped with the latest entertainment electronics such as TV, music system with radio/DVD/CD player with USB/IPod/IPhone connection. An elegant granite fireplace invites you to spend cosy hours. From the light-flooded glass bay window you have an unobstructed view of the passing boats on the canal.

There are two bedrooms (1 x DB, 2 x EB), one of which has an additional TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
