Elegant Frisian house for 6 people with rowing and fishing boat (type Anka for 4 adults from 2012). Approx. 80 square metres in size, with a view of Lake Sternberg. The house is designed for 6 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. In the living area with TV and a combined DVD-CD-radio-micro system there is a corner sofa and two armchairs, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, an electric cooker with 4 hotplates and multifunctional operation (convection, etc.), a microwave and a refrigerator with a large separate freezer compartment. There are 2 sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs, a barbecue and a parasol.

The three bedrooms each have 2 beds. Upstairs in the bedroom facing the terrace there is a double bed (width 1.60 x 2.00 m). Upstairs in the "children's room" are two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00m. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, but these can easily be pushed together (as they do not have an outer frame) to create a sleeping area. There is a spacious wardrobe in each bedroom.

There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and WC, and a height-adjustable shower stool is also available. There is a washing machine in the lower bathroom. The house is suitable for wheelchair users: There is no step to the front door. The bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor have correspondingly wide doors. The terrace is also wheelchair-accessible. For the rowing boat (approx. April to October, without guarantee and at your own risk) there are 4 life jackets (2 for adults and 2 for children).

The house is suitable for allergy sufferers (boilable duvets and pillows). Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking house. Small bathing area at the park approx. 50 m away, public bathing area with slide and diving tower approx. 700 m. The historic town centre of Sternberg with numerous small shops is approx. 500 m away. Schwerin and the Baltic Sea coast are approx. 35 km away.
