In the centre of Nantes, this large town house with garden will make your stay an exceptional one!
In a sought-after area, just a stone's throw from the Loire, enjoy the comfort of this 240 m2 house, and its swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 9 travellers.
On the ground floor is a large living area with a comfortable and bright dining room and lounge, with fireplace. Off to one side is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle....). These rooms open directly onto the garden, which is perfectly exposed and planted with trees, and features a heated swimming pool (open from May to November). All this is centred around a sunny terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a drink or wait patiently for grilled meats cooked on the outdoor barbecue.
Upstairs there is a TV lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a terrace which is very pleasant on sunny days!
Finally, on the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a single bed, as well as a shower room.
The house is located 20 minutes from the town centre on foot, with transport at the end of the street taking you there in 10. You're at the entrance to the Butte Sainte Anne district, where you'll find local shops (food shops, restaurants, etc.). In terms of culture, the Jules Verne museum, the planetarium and the machines de l'ile are just a few minutes' walk away.
You'll also want to include the Château des Ducs, the historic Bouffay district and the renowned Jardin des Plantes on your menu of discoveries. The more adventurous aspects of the city are to be found on the Ile de Nantes, near the Elephant and the Machines, or in the evenings at the Lieu Unique. For a change of scenery, simply take the train or the car to relax on the Atlantic beaches, ¾ of an hour away.
Your arrival will be autonomous: simply collect your keys from a nearby hotel.
