Very pleasant T3 apartment of 75m² on the 1st floor with elevator of a good standing residence: Entrance, double living room opening onto terrace with SEA VIEW, rapid 2-seater sofa bed, TV dining area, WIFI.
-Independent kitchen: electric induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
