This beautiful Mediterranean house is a charming townhouse located in a quiet neighbourhood of Cala Sant Vicente, less than 5 minutes walk from its beautiful sandy beaches and blue waters. The Mediterranean style house, which has a large terrace, is bright and decorated in light colours.



From March 2025, Villa Magdalena will have a newly designed swimming pool, perfect to enjoy in summer.



The house is divided into two floors. Upstairs you enter the house directly into the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment you may need on your holiday. The fireplace is for decorative purposes. In the hallway there is a well ventilated double bedroom and another equally bright double bedroom. There is a bathroom in between them. In this area, there is also a single bedroom with private access to the terrace. In this area there is an outside toilet with shower. Outside there is a staircase leading down to the ground floor. Here you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room where you will find a small fridge and coffee machine for your convenience. There is also a playroom for the little ones.



All rooms except the single room downstairs include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night.



Enjoy the large terrace surrounding the house from a barbecue on the veranda perfect for al fresco dining and with fabulous mountain views to relax in the solarium. The beach house has unlimited free WIFI for your use. At this holiday home you will also have private parking.



From here you can walk to the beach and in the evening visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer. They specialise in fish and seafood, although they offer a wide variety of dishes from Mallorcan to Italian food.



Cala San Vicente (Cala Sant Vicenç) is an attractive and quieter resort, and still offers a wide variety of activities such as kayaking, diving and snorkelling, or just relaxing in the beautiful coves and beaches with extremely clean water and stunning scenery.



The old town of Pollença has several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is full of history and this is evident everywhere. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables, nuts and spices.




Puerto Pollensa is a 10 minute drive from Cala, a perfect place to spend the day at the beach or visit its lovely restaurants, cafes and shops.



There is a supermarket close to the house and a large grocery shop a 5 minute drive away.



In an excellent location, just 400 metres from the blue coves, it is an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive everywhere, although it is also well situated for exploring other resorts and picturesque inland villages.
