On the ground floor, a modern and fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hobs, etc.), living room with fireplace and lounge area and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bathroom.
Separate toilet.
Two beautiful bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 135 cm bed + 2 bunk beds of 90 cm).
Outside: an unfenced courtyard with barbecue at the front and a grassy area behind.
Unfenced land.
Washing machine.
Sheets and household linen not provided.
Optional cleaning service.
Charging point for 22Kw electric vehicle charged extra (€25 per week).
Electric heating (heat pump) included.
Baby equipment (bed and high chair).
Wifi.
Cats are not allowed in this accommodation. Between Coutances and St Lô, this former holiday home of the owners will welcome you to the countryside for a quiet stay but close to major traffic routes.
