Park House is a charming, semi-detached Victorian house in the centre of Haworth, which was once home to the famous Bronte sisters.
This dog-friendly house retains lots of traditional features, including marvellous chandeliers, making Park House a fantastic and sizeable base whilst large families and groups explore the beauty of West Yorkshire.
You enter Park House into a nostalgic hallway with vintage carpets and a chandelier that leads you into the comforting sitting room with similar features as well as leather seating, a gas fire and a TV to make this the prime chilling room.
The dining room is also of similar style with bay windows adding to the character, which is a lovely spot for all guests to gather for an evening meal.
The contrasting kitchen boasts a contemporary, well-equipped room with fresh fixtures and fittings, certain to entice any budding chefs into taking advantage of a self-catering holiday home.
The ground-floor also boasts a shower room.
At the end of a long day, head upstairs to one of the four bedrooms; the baby blue twin, the quirky adult bunk and the family room are each finished beautifully with TV's and stylish white furnishings, whilst the fourth bedroom offers a dramatic king-size bed as you relax with an evening of television.
The first-floor is complete with a grand bathroom with an exciting jacuzzi bath.
Outside, there is off-road parking and further roadside parking where needed, as well as a delightful courtyard where you can enjoy a bottle of wine under the stars, and bike storage should you want to take advantage of the nearby cycling facilities.
Park House is just a stone's throw away from the stunning alleyways and cobbled streets of Haworth, which are home to a good range of pubs and restaurants, as well as the Brontë Parsonage Museum and the scenic Central Park which is a great place for your furry friends to stretch their legs.
You can hop on board the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway which takes you on an authentic steam railway ride to the old village of Oxenhope.
The nearby market town of Keighley has lots of history to offer with the interesting bus museum and the Cliffe Castle museum which was once a Victorian millionaire's home, as well as lovely parks, great shops and eateries, and the nearby National Trust East Riddlesden Hall.
Also in driving distance you can explore the charming market town of Hebden Bridge, the captivating medieval castle with a dungeon at Skipton, or the National Trust Hardcastle Crags with its 15 miles of woodland walks and 19th century mill which is now a visitor centre.
Park House is a tremendous base whilst you explore this beautiful location.
